New to weederall and have some questions
Start with very small amounts. People often overdue it and get stung. Too much edible THC can send you packing, but finding what gives you the desired effects requires being patient, not redosing, and truly seeing if you get what you are looking for with the smallest dose possible. In doing so, you reduce the risk of getting the opposite. Good luck.

Okay, thank you for the advice. I will start with half of a gummy and see how that goes.More

But if you're just looking to get rid of the anxiety, maybe give kratom a try? I have ridiculous anxiety that tends to get even worse on my Adderall (daily, 10mg xr). I take about 2-3g of kratom, and the anxiety normally takes a hike within 20 minutes or so, and stays gone from 2-3 hours.

I’m in a red state where it was just made legal for specific medicinal use. My only options were gummy’s or tincture. I also don’t have the option of choosing which strain, only the prescribing physician can do that. We still have a long way to go legally speaking, but I am thrilled that we finally got medicinal use allowed. It’s kinda odd that I could get much harder drugs prescribed and still have to jump through hoops to get a plant but whatever.More
Thanks for the advice though! I hate trying new meds. I get really anxious about it and then worry about how the drug will do with that anxiety. And that’s on top of my day to day anxiety and PTSD flashbacks.More
I tried 1/3 of a gummy yesterday and didn’t feel a thing other than I went to bed an hour earlier and had a headache. I will try half a gummy today and a little more tomorrow until I get the results I’m looking for.More
I’ve tried most antidepressants but I don’t have much luck with them. They either don’t work or have the opposite desired effect. I’m also bipolar and that has a lot to do with my reaction to antidepressants. I did really well on Wellbutrin but I became tolerant to it and maxed out on dosage. I’m on doxipin now. It’s for insomnia (another reason why they prescribed THC for me) but doxipin is also an older antidepressant, so it’s doing double duty.More
I used to be a runner to get those endorphins until I got injured. Now I’m pretty limited in physical activity and work outs. My nerve damage is permanent, and managed with opioids but I’m trying to keep the dose low. If I aggravate the nerve, I can make the damage spread. As soon as it warms up, I can swim for exercise. I’m pretty much in the pool everyday once it’s warm outside to get the natural endorphins. Not to mention sunshine helps my depression, as cheesy as that sounds.More
