try T type pipes.put the compound at the bottom of the pipe and fill it with a bad solvent then put it in oil bath in a manner that the side part is placed on the oil.the crystalls will grow in the side hand (that is cold)

Other studies may require very large crystals. What is your complex soluble in? Is it air sensitive? Thermally sensitive? Does it react with any solvents? Vapor diffusion, liquid diffusion, thermal gradient, etc etc.
