There is a question here. Which kind of photo detector you have used, that you estimate same response to all wave lengths?

Generaly, photodiodes are very linear in terms of optical power to current (usually it can be mesaured over 5..6 decades) unless limited by some partcular effects e.g. contact resistance.
You mention dift velocity impacting photocurrent - do you have detector where recombination is fast enough to compete with carrier extraction?

Dear Hamidreza and Nikolay Pavlov
After some research, i realized the answer for my question above.

Responsivity is indeed independent of whether i keep optical power a constant or photon density a constant.

@ Nikolay Pavlov : I am using the photodetector in reverse bias mode (-3 V) , so recombination effect can be neglected.
