Honestly and this is coming from someone who does lots of stims, Ritalin, addy, soft, ice, and everything in between. A beer or two helps better than anything. DO NOT smoke weed, I’m a veteran smoker and weed still sends me into the worst panic attacks possible if I smoke while stimed out. I might get down voted but this is from personal experience that a little alcohol works better than even a benzo. (Also hydrate like hell and try to eat some fruit.)

I think this is true. My crew used to smoke all day every day, but I saw a couple of times where these same guys would try to take the edge off an MD or speed buzz with weed and end up totally wigged out.More
A beer helps better than a benzo??? I’m not calling you wrong as I only use concerta but I find that insanely hard to believe. 2-4mg Xanax would knockout any comedown with no toleranceMore
YEP. If I smoke while freaking out on stims, I convince myself I can't breath automatically anymore and that I'm about to have a heart attack. A beer or two gets you away from focusing on your heart rate, and you can enjoy other activities without being worried your heart's gonna jump ship on youMore

my heart was beating perfectly fine during the high, that's why am asking
Your heart rate is actually fastest ~12 hours after ingesting amph sulphate which tends to be when the high ends (and this is exacerbated if you take large amounts). One more day and your heart will be fine. Make sure you are hydrating lots and try and eat as much as you can. I’d recommend fruit if you aren’t all that hungry as it’s easy to eat.More
After this, lay down and put some calming sounds or music on and focus on your breath. Count them and exhale longer than you inhale! Completely get lost in your breath and even use a guided meditation if you need to. This is proven to provide more oxygen to the brain which lowers heart rate. What could be happening could be bad anxiety which you can overcome!
