What are the Muggle equivalents of Hogwarts subjects? How about Transfiguration is physics (it’s about matter) and Potions is chemistry (it’s all about chemicals) and what else?

What are the Muggle equivalents of Hogwarts subjects? How about Transfiguration is physics (it’s about matter) and Potions is chemistry (it’s all about chemicals) and what else?
A few are obvious. Some, not so much. By the way, some aren't actually taught at the standard level but do belong in the same course. And some are not taught at all to students.
-History of Magic: History
-Arithmancy: Mathematics
-Potions: Chemistry
-Herbology: Botany (Biology)
-Care of Magical Creatures: Zoology (Biology)
-Transfiguration: Physics (Likely, as you said. Due to matter)
-Astronomy: Astronomy
-Flying (in year one): Physical Education
-Ancient Runes: Foreign Languages?
My brain is considerably dead trying to pin the classes to Muggle equivalents at this rate so I’m just going to leave it off here. There might be better suitors for the subjects above but my brain is not in the mood to pin subjects on subjects anymore…
Edit: I do have to remember to give credits to Edan Edders Nissen for Flying and Ancient Runes when I read their answer. Honestly, I can't think of any better pairing.

History of Magic, Arithmancy are history and maths.
Care of Magical Creatures is Biology.
Flying lessons are a form of PE
Ancient Runes is equivalent to a foreign language
