If you did this under vacuum, stirring in a flask with a cold trap online, the nitric acid would come over as NO2 which would freeze down and if you’re lucky would produce solid white fuming nitric acid! This is the strongest nitric acid you can get (stronger than red fuming nitric acid), reaction works better with potassium nitrate and sulphuric acid (which is not what you asked for, but I thought you might be interested!). I used to produce white fuming nitric acid all the time to produce nitrated amine compounds (nitramines)

This would be a double replacement reaction. I assume that it is lead (II) nitrate.
