Adenosine is considered a purine, one of the many types of natural chemical compounds that are found in many food products. You can get Adenosine by consuming fruits, vegetables, and meat.

Adenosine tri phosphate ? , or adenosine di phosphate?, these are parts of the energy cycle, which occur in the mitochondria within the cell membrane, they are molecules obtained from the intake of all foods, i will not take this explanation any further , if you have a specific question about the energy cycle, i am happy to provide you with an answer.

Neuropeptides are a group of compounds which act as neurotransmitters. They are the small protein-like molecules used by neurons to communicate with each other.Serotonin is one of such neurotransmitters.Serotonin isn’t found in foods, but tryptophan(an amino acid) is.

Serotonin is a chemical messenger that’s believed to act as a mood stabilizer. It’s said to help produce healthy sleeping patterns as well as boost your mood. Studies show that serotonin levels can have an effect on mood and behavior, and the chemical is commonly linked to feeling good and living longer. Supplements can increase your serotonin levels via the amino acid tryptophan. Serotonin is synthesized from tryptophan.

The foods that can boost the serotonin level are chocolate, eggs, pineapple,Cheese, Tofu, Salmon, Turkey, Nuts and seeds also helps.

Processed junk foods also have a powerful effect on the "reward" centers in the brain, involving brain neurotransmitters like dopamine.

Sucrose is 50% glucose and 50% fructose.

Also, starch is pretty much all glucose, in the form of what is called an “oligosaccharide” which is a whole lot of monosaccharide molecules (in the case of starch the monosaccharide is glucose) bonded together in a long chain which your body has to tear apart before getting access to it.

So, corn, wheat, potatoes…all of those things are high in glucose, it’s just not in as raw a form as you’d think of with sucrose or HFCS.

  • Meat that is fed on grass, well-pastured poultry, and organ meats, such as liver or kidneys.
  • Fish and seafood, such as salmon, sardines, halibut, orange roughy, tuna, ling, pike, cod, cusk, sunfish, haddock, and whitefish
  • Eggs
  • Seeds and Nuts
  • Whole grains and legumes after soaking them
  • Vegetables and fruits, including sea vegetables like algae and spirulina.

Adenosine is a naturally created ombination of adenine, a nitrogen-based substance, and ribose, inside the body. This molecule is basically a neurotransmitter and is chemically classified as Xanthine. Each and every cell present in the body consist of Adenosine inside their DNA and RNA.

All macronutrients contribute to ATP production, but a diet that includes certain nutrients can help enhance production. The best way to support your body’s ability to make ATP is to consume foods that contain copper, Omega-3 fatty acid, CoQ10, D-ribose, L-carnitine, L-mithionine, etc.
