The prepared GO and phytoextract reduced GO (RGO) were characterized by ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared analyses to provide a clear indication of the removal of oxygen-containing groups from the graphene and the formation of RGO. The extent of reduction was determined from elemental analysis. Formation of few layers of graphene was indicated by transmission electron microscopy. The obtained RGO exhibited good specific capacitance (17–21 Fg−1), high electrical conductivity (3032.6–4006 Sm−1) and high carbon to oxygen ratio (5.97–7.11).

Usually, GO can be washed using HCl and DI water with vacuum filtration. When the degree of oxidation of GO is high, GO present very good hydrophilicity, vacuum filtration may could not drew water out from GO suspension. In this condition, we used centrifuge to remove the acid solution

The first thing is to make some. Graphene oxide is either carbon monoxide or carbon dioxide. The latter is readily soluble in sodium hydroxide, yielding a white precipitate .
Carbon monoxide can be converted to carbon dioxide by burning in air, then removed as above.
Unless you mean graphene sheets with modest inclusions of oxygen atoms, sometimes used in electronics? One would need to know what the contaminent was, and use an appropriate solvent.
Or do you mean Graphene oxide as a woo woo name of some imaginary substance. All woo woo chemicals have the same chemistry .. as they are fiction, you can choose. The merit of fiction.
