How to convert between absolute humidity PPMV and relative humidity%RH
First, clarify the two concepts:

Conversion formula for relative humidity and hybrid ratio:

Now that you ask this question, you may not read the book, then you can say that it is fine, and find out the saturated vapor pressure under the temperature by checking the table, find the content of the water during saturated state, and then take the humidity.
