Where can I buy a tank of medical grade nitrous oxide in Massachusetts or New England? I’ll travel. Also obviously I don’t have a culinary or dental license.

Man some dentist are pricks some just don't want to deal with it. Plain and simple! sometimes I'll even come across stories were the doctor gets pissed off because the patient wants him/her to add more local. I call those doctors “The French Chef” because they act like you're adding salt to their perfectly cooked steak. The doctor I used to work for which is an awesome doctor, if you're in pain or even jump a little bit no question you're getting more local, if you talk too much you're getting the gas LOL he's awesome.

Now I’m curious. Can’t you get it at Praxair or similar shops? It’s not DEA regulated AFAIK.
And what’s a “culinary license”? I know lots of cooks. Never met one with a license to cook.
In my area (not Massachusetts) I know I’ve seen the N2O whippets sales all over the place.
