Would changing the volume of the original stock solution and the incremental dilution volumes to a new constant value affect the successive concentrations? (For example, starting with 10 mL and transferring in 10 mL increments?)

I don’t understand. You are starting with 10ml? There would be none left if transferring in 10 ml increments. Please explain the “dilution” steps: e.g.:
10 ml of the original solution is added to 10ml water. 10 ml of this solution is added to another 10ml of water, etc.
