Can anybody tell me how to prepare Methyl jasmonate stock solution...

If you got 1M stock solution commercially available, you can take aliquot of it to prepare your MJ solution that will be use for your media preparation. Or if you have micropipette to take directly an aliquot from 1M then you may use it. Otherwise prepare a secondary solution and calc the required volume
to be added in your media

Thanx, but mine is already solution (purchased from Sigma aldrich) so can i use it directly in medium? by calculating the concentration using M1V1=M2V2 (main stock would be 1M- the purchased one)?

Yeah but can I consider my solution as 1 Molar and accordingly calculate and add different concentrations?as mine is already a solution.

Methyl Jasmonate generally dissolved in ethanol and to use MJ in medium it need to prepare stock solution. 
Here is calculation for stock solution preparation.
For 250 ml of 100 µM stock solution
224.3 g / Mol x  100 µMol/L  x 1 Mol/106 µMol    x   1L/ 103 ml x  250 ml = 0.0056 g mol

You can find the density from place where you ordered and/or on the package/bottle of the reagent. In sigma aldrich's site it is given that d=1.03 g/mL
Which means, in 1L of solution you have m/1000mL=1.03g/mL   m=1030g
Now, to get 1mM solution of 50mL you should have 224.3/(1000/(1000/50))=11.2mg
11.2mg will correspond to 1.09x10^-5 of the 1L solution, which wi
tres of solution. Considering the fact the it is %95 solution, you should have 10.9/0.95=11.5microliters taken from stock solution and filled with the solvent to fill 50mL solution.
