How can I make a piece of ABS plastic more hydrophilic?
I have a plate made of ABS (something like 96-well ELISA plate) with square-shaped wells. I intend to use it to do dot immunoassay. ABS is hydrophobic so buffer solutions do not spread over the wells, but accumulate in one corner of the well.
