As per my experiments. I have prepared the solution of sodium phosphate dibasic kept in beaker around 200ml, and another solution is sodium phosphate monobasic/PPM drop wise add in to the beaker solution put it in rod in beaker and continued stirr and adjust the pH 7.4.
