How to read Rigaku Smartlab XRR data files?
Hi Sarthak Choudhary , Please import .ras file in Origin and plot the diffractogram with y-axis being Intensity (arb.units) and angle (2 Theta in degrees) being on the x-axis. Best Regards, GM

Follow the instructions as suggested by Dipayan Pal.
Generally, y axis is intensity/counts units.
cps= counts per second
a.u.= arbitrary unit
