Freeware (complex SLD + roughness, sigma)
1. Motofit written by Andrew Nelson, base on IGOR Wavemetrics (trial version IGOR + motofit)
https://sourceforge.net/projects/motofit/ (Motofit)
https://www.wavemetrics.com/support/demos.htm (IGOR Pro Demo)
2. X.O.P. /IMD (ESRF) Modeling and Analysis of Multilayer Films (delta/beta fit)

3. RemagX is a scientific software to calculate and fit the specular x-ray reflection from a thin film sample taking into account magnetic contributions.

4. xraylabtool: a Matlab toolbox containing some tools for x-ray experimental data handling and scattering calculations. Installation instructions are included. You can use it for your own development.

5. REFREG. The original approach to reconstructing the SLD profile based on regularization methods (MATLAB code).

Are you sure that the program " X'Pert HighScore software Plus " is suitable for XRR data fitting? The description indicates that it is intended for X-ray diffraction analysis. It is also not clear whether this program is an independent freeware or is sold along with the equipment.

I recommend GenX. Hard to handle in first place, but very mighty. For the first steps I recommend watching the two tutorials on youtube and reading the manual online.

You can use our freeware program named REFLEX, which is a standalone program dedicated to the simulation and analysis of X-ray and neutron reflectivity from multilayers. This program was first written two decades ago and has been constantly improved since, but never published until now. The latest version of REFLEX covers generalized types of calculation of reflectivity curves including both neutron and X-ray reflectivity. In the case of X-rays, the program can deal with both s and p polarization, which is quite important in the soft X-ray region where the two polarizations can yield different results. Neutron reflectivity is calculated within the framework of non-spin-polarized neutrons. REFLEX has also been designed to include any type of fluid (such as supercritical CO2) on top of the analysed film and includes corrections of the footprint effect for analysis on an absolute scale. It is easy to instal it and one can download it from:https://reflex.irdl.fr/Reflex/reflex.html

We used RFIT2000 (Oleg Konovalov, ESRF) for model-dependent analysis

and StochFit (Danauskas et al., J. Appl. Cryst., 2008) for stochastic fitting.

Got Bruker LEPTOS?

P.S.: There are up to 15 topics that may be included in your question besides the automatically selected 1 up top in the question. Please refer to the question noted below for examples of relevant topics to include in order to get the best circulation and responses from the RG expertise.
