p-nitrophenol is easily soluble in most of the organic solvents as mentioned by some senior researcher earlier.
In my view it is important to know that,
1) The another reactant is soluble in the same solvent.
2) Progress of reaction.
3) Reproducibility, Yield of the reaction, Purity of the product, etc.
