Do you need to do it with NaBH4? Usually DTT or TCEP are used for this purpose.

I agree with Irlanur -- DTT or I use mercaptoethanol to more specifically reduce disulfide bonds. Sodium borohydride is a strong reducing agent that will even reduce sugars to sugar alcohols (turn glucose to sorbitol)
