PUZ8002 has a large plasmid, and the number of copies is very low.If you are converted to COSMID plasmid, you usually see a large strip. If the transformed plasmid is relatively small, you can see two bands. We turn the ET strain. Generally, it does not pump the granular verification and only PCR verification.
