Use N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone as a solvent for making homogeneous suspension of MXene (Ti3C2Tx) and then try spin coating machine/or doctor blade to deposit it on FTO coated glass slide. Still not sure it will provide good adhesion on substrate.
Generally "Adhesive binders" such as PTFE or PVDF are used to provide mechanical strength for materials on the substrate. Depends on your targeted application.
But these binders are 'polymers' and will not evaporate under your desired post treatment temperature.
