If you're thinking only ELISpot, Mabtech's ASTOR is an excellent reader for ELISpot. Very easy to use unlike other systems available. If you want to advance to FluoroSpot, then Mabtech's IRIS can do both FluoroSpot for multiple analytes as well as read ELISpot plates.
