Maybe. As Jane Dolan mentioned in her response (below), you’ll need to read the instructions on the fogger, and be aware of the safety issues.
But the bigger question is “Is a fogger the best treatment for pests under a mobile home?” I’d argue that the answer to that is, “NO!”
Here’s the issue: the foggers will produce an aerosol—great for getting into nooks and crannies underneath a mobile home, but it will require that the area be enclosed to contain the fog; otherwise, any air movement will blow away the fog, and pests won’t be treated. And, again, there’s a safety issue.
I believe a better approach would be to use a liquid concentrate that could be diluted and hand sprayed where needed, using a pump sprayer. That way, you can control both the area covered and the saturation level of pesticide on the surfaces.
