How often do I spray peppermint oil for spiders?
As often as you like. There is no scientifically proven evidence that peppermint oil deters spiders, so spray it everywhere, it won’t make a bit of difference.

If you truly want to keep spiders out of your house, seal up any cracks or crevices in your foundation, get rid of the insects in your house, and keep the humidity low in your house. Low humidity is deadly to spiders, and any that come in your house will either die soon, or turn around and get back outside, where the humidity is more favorable.
