Dear Andrea Emanuelli , Yes, I found the solution by first dissolving the TMZ in DMSO and then later adding ddH2O slowly while still gently shaking it on the vortex. Further, I let it mix on the Eppendorf thermomixer maintaining between 25 to 30 degrees for few minutes, this gives me a clear solution. I prepared it fresh every time before proceeding with the oral gavage. Hope this helps. Good luck
