How do I prepare the 500 microM DPPH in ethanol?

The molecular weight of DPPH=394.32 g/mol
1 M DPPH=394.32 g/L
1 uM=0.00039432 g/L
500 uM=500*0.00039432=0.19716 g/L=0.019716 g/100 mL=19.716 mg/100 mL
it means that you need to dissolve 19.716 mg DPPH in 100 mL ethanol (it is not "ug" as it was said by Khedidja Benarous ).

the molecular weight of DPPH is 394.32 g/mol; so you need to weight 19.716 microgrammes and dissolve it in 100 ml ethanol to get the concentration of 500µM of DPPH by applying the equation of C=m/(M*V)
