How do I prepare the 500 microM DPPH in ethanol?
The molecular weight of DPPH=394.32 g/mol 1 M DPPH=394.32 g/L 1 uM=0.00039432 g/L 500 uM=500*0.00039432=0.19716 g/L=0.019716 g/100 mL=19.716 mg/100 mL it means that you need to dissolve 19.716 mg DPPH in 100 mL ethanol (it is not "ug" as it was said by Khedidja Benarous ). Best wishes
