How long can you store a MinION flow cell after washing?
A flow cell may operate for up to 72 hours (under ideal circumstances), and the user can select to run continuously or run, stop, wash, and load a new sample until the buffer and nanopores are depleted. If stored frozen, can be stored for quite a long duration. 2) How long can you store a flow cell in the fridge after washing? >> Same as above. There is no general or universal consensus for this. It all depends on the skills of user and usage itself. And flow cell can be used as long as the pores are alive.
