I think that for the preparation of methyl jasmonate the references suggested by Anoop Kumar Srivastava are already quite useful. I'm just wondering if you really want to synthesize this compound yourself. You might consider using a commercially available sample of methyl jasmonate for your planned study.

Dear Adriane make stock solution of MeJa (mg/ml) and add it before sterilization process. no need to filteration of stock solution.
