I’m stuck with camber Adderall (makes me sick and got a 24-hour migraine) and can’t refill it for a month. Is there anything I can do to lessen bad effects till then?

Take one anti histaminic,just one dose like Cetrizine.
Are you sure you cannot tell your doctor, who might then convince insurance to give you something else?
In the meantime, trying to get sufficient sleep might help and avoiding caffeine of any type.
