Hello! Exactly what software do you use? In MH Quantitative analysis you can specify standard level for each compound separately at each level and you can freely choce number of cal. levels, can apply different curve weightings or fits if necessary and justified. (There is one way to trick around this, easiest way to specify std levels for example you select a lets say 6 level. You use mix 1 for Level 1, 2,3. For level 4-5-6 the mix 2. Now you have your batch or sequence file and change appropiate measured std mix points, for mix 1 you selec L1,L2,L3 points for a three point curve, and for mix 2 you select L4,L5,L6. Otherwise easy way to do one quantitation method, than run for mix 1 standards, than modify method for mix 2, save two postrun batches where you include only mix 1 or 2 as standards, and run appropiate correspoinding quant method for that mix. But if you can do that its whole easier just to set up each compound one by one, dont worry, you can apply standard levels for a bunch of compounds, so you can have a very diverse cal mixture this way. In pesticide residue screening its a frequent issue how to accurately make 300+ compound mixes and build the evaluation method right around them.
