Labrosol is a very complex mixture of oligomeric (or possibly polymeric?) compounds, and would have almost no UV absorbance. MS analysis might also be challenging, depending on the molecular weight range and number of charges you can add to the molecules. Your best option might be ELSD - we developed an ELSD assay for Tween 80, a similarly very complex oligomeric surfactant (manuscript currently in preparation). Be aware that ELSD only operates successfully linearly in a limited range, and otherwise produces a sigmoidal standard curve.
