Tech here. I can only tolerate Teva-made for one of my meds. If this patient really needs it, they’ll have to do what I did and call Teva directly. Teva can give info on: why there’s a back order, when it’s expected to be resolved, and when/where their last shipments went. I thought that brand-specific requests were a pain in the ass until it happened to me. There must be an additive in the other formulations of the med I take (it’s not adderall) that cause it to not work for my body. So now I’m a little more tolerant of these requests. I try to be as nonspecific as I can when I post, so feel free to DM me if you need any help or have any questions!
