If ASC, there are at least 4 Publications using it: Etteyabi et al Science 2016 (human intestinal into 2D), VanDussen et al 2015 (human intestinal into 2D) Bartfeld et al Jove 2015 (human gastric into 2D), Schlaermann et al, Gut 2015 (human gastric organoids into 2D). For primary organoid culture we used 1mg/ml collagenase type IA (Sigma) , try with this
