What is the best way to take Adderall, dissolve under the tongue or swallow?
I tried it under the tongue, may I fervently express, “OH YUCK! PATOOIE! SPIT and SPUTTER!” The worst thing I ever tasted. I think they add a bitterant to the Adderall to prevent the sublingual vector. With me it was VERY successful. Yeesh, ack!

Personally, I always take my Adderall sublingually. This way it doesn't matter if I just ate something, or if I have heartburn. You can lose up to 60% of your amphetamine dose just by having an acidic stomach when it's taken. (OTOH, stomach pH doesn't matter with the methylphenidate class of stimulants).
Breaking it into quarters, then letting it dissolve for ~5 minutes gets me all the Adderall I need.
Waiting for an empty stomach, or drinking water and baking soda before my dose became too much of a pain in the ass.
