Why are frozen meals so salty? Are there any low sodium frozen meals?
Have you considered the possibility that you personaly might be more sensitive to salt in food than the rest of the people that get the frozen meals. Do you think it would be a good idea for companies making pre prepared meals that they sell to include little packets of salt and pepper in the tray with the food so the customer can add as much as they like. In restaurants, and I am not talking about McDonald's who want you to believe they are a restaurant not just a fast food joints, when the chefs cook food there is salt and pepper provided at the table for the customer to adjust the seasoning of the dish to their liking. Ready cooked meals the cook had to decide how much salt MOST people like in the food thus not needing to include extra salt in a packet, and you appear not to be most. Then some will say there is not enough salt and add some more.
