Marubeni Corporation (hereinafter, “Marubeni”) will exhibit at the 28th International Food Ingredients & Additives Exhibition and Conference from Wednesday, May 17 to Friday, May 19, 2023.

Attended by an array of product developers, this event is a B2B exhibition that provides participants with opportunities to seek out improved food safety, taste, and health functionality in food products and to engage in lively technical exchanges and business negotiations with exhibitors.

The Marubeni Group will leverage its strengths as a general trading company to deliver “realized inhouse & community”, a multi-functional SaaS-type web application developed independently by Marubeni. The “realized inhouse” function is intended to act as an in-house information source. The function provides a full-text search service, which creates a single list of aggregated results from various information assets stored in different clouds, each of which is individually managed and stored within one of many departments across a company. The “realized community” function acts as an industry-specific technology search platform for companies in the food and food additives fields engaged in the daily development and improvement of products.

During the exhibition, Marubeni plans to introduce specific solutions which the app delivers as “realized” and welcomes visitors who wish to learn more to stop by the company booth.
