ECHEMI Enforcement Actions for Displaying Prohibited and Controlled Items

违规发布禁限售信息将会依据《 ECHEMI平台禁限售商品目录规则》进行商品下架处理。

Illegal release of prohibited sales information will be removed from the shelves in accordance with the ECHEMI Enforcement Actions for Displaying Prohibited and Controlled Items.

严禁发布任何毒品及其制作原料，兴奋剂，管控物质或管控成分，麻醉镇定类药品，精神药品，医疗用毒性药品，易制毒化学品，戒毒药品和医疗机构制剂和吸毒工具及制毒工具，。

It is strictly prohibited to release any drugs and their production raw materials, stimulants, control materials or control ingredients, narcotic and calming drugs, psychotropic drugs, toxic drugs for medical use, precursor chemicals, drug rehabilitation drugs and medical institutions preparations and drug taking tools and drug making tools.

上述严禁发布的产品，即使未列入国家规定的名录，也可能进行下架处罚。ECHEMI平台保留对参考列表进行修改、补充的权利。

The above strictly prohibited products may be removed from the shelves even if they are not included in the list prescribed by the state. ECHEMI platform reserves the right to modify and supplement the reference list.

If there is any product data that violates the Public Information & Network Security Supervision Bureau requirements and is in its control category, all sellers are requested to self-check and delete the product as soon as possible.

Sellers who have published prohibited product information should complete the rectification of store product information before December 18^th，2021. Otherwise, the products will be directly removed from the shelves after December 18^th , 2021, because violating the ECHEMI Enforcement Actions for Displaying Prohibited and Controlled Items.
