BIGGEST-EVER FOAM EXPO EUROPE OFFERS UNRIVALLED OPPORTUNITIES

Foam Expo Europe returns to Messe Stuttgart from 8-10 November 2022. The continent’s biggest technical foam event, it brings together suppliers, manufacturers, and decision-makers from across the industry to meet, make new connections and do business face-to-face, all under one roof.

Co-located with Adhesives & Bonding Expo, this year’s exhibition features over 180 manufacturers and suppliers from every stage in the technical foam and industrial bonding supply chains. Together with the parallel conference, it’s the European industry’s definitive forum for innovation, knowledge exchange, technical insights, and networking.

For visitors, the combined events provide an ideal opportunity to source new suppliers and materials, find ways to reduce waste, boost production efficiency and explore innovative technical solutions to end-user requirements.

Leading companies exhibiting at this year’s event include JSP, which will be showcasing its new eco-packaging, ARPLANK. A 100% recyclable EPE material made from 25% recycled content. Plus, machinery manufacturer, Baumer, will discuss its state-of-the-art Contour V-blade, with high cutting speeds and acceleration opening new production possibilities in bedding, furniture, and other sectors. Meanwhile, for automotive industry visitors, Sekisui Alveo will be displaying its translucent foams, which are particularly suitable for dashboards, door panels and other soft-trim elements in the new generation of electric vehicles (EVs).

But for most visitors, the chance to network, make new contacts and meet people face-to-face is the key reason to attend. At the equivalent event in the US earlier this year, 97% of visitors secured at least seven positive new connections; and with around three-quarters of those attending holding c-suite, management or senior executive positions, the quality of those connections was also extremely high.

All attendees are invited to relax and round off a busy day with some complimentary drinks at the networking event from 16:00-17:00 on the opening evening.

Attendees can also take in the free-to-attend Conference, which addresses key trends and challenges facing the technical foam, adhesives, and bonding sectors in Europe and worldwide. This year’s content focuses on supply chain disruptions, product traceability and risk mitigation. On the Main Stage, themes include Industry Megatrends & Environmental Sustainability, Material Properties & Application Development, and Logistics & Manufacturing Efficiency. Speakers on the 360 Stage will examine topics around Material Development & Selection, and Regulation & Additives.
