Food intolerance
Food intolerance refers to a complex allergic disease in which the human immune system regards one or more foods entering the body as harmful substances, thereby producing an excessive protective immune response against these substances, producing food-specific IgG antibodies. IgG antibodies form immune complexes with food particles (type III allergy), which can cause inflammatory reactions in all tissues (including blood vessels) and manifest as symptoms and diseases in various systems throughout the body.
