Primary dysmenorrhea
Primary dysmenorrhea is also known as functional dysmenorrhea. Dysmenorrhea refers to pain during menstruation, which is often spasmodic and concentrated in the lower abdomen. Other symptoms include headache, fatigue, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and back and leg pain. It is a very common disease in young women. Primary dysmenorrhea is not accompanied by obvious pelvic organic diseases.
