Scrotal filariasis
Scrotal filariasis is an early stage of urogenital filariasis. The main lesions are that adult blood filariasis or their corpses accumulate in the spermatic cord, epididymal lymphatic vessels or tiny veins, causing local inflammation, fibrosis, or tissue edema and infection due to corpse toxins.
