Hyperprolactimia is the most common pituitary disease, which is characterized by galactorrhea and hypogonadism. If a patient has both galactorrhea and amenorrhea, it is called galactorrhea-amenorrhea syndrome. If it occurs after childbirth, it is called Chiari-Fromeel syndrome; if it is accompanied by a pituitary tumor, it is called Forbes-Albright syndrome; if it is not postpartum and not accompanied by a pituitary tumor, it is called del Castillo syndrome. The main difference between the above syndromes is that there are two types of pituitary tumors and no pituitary tumors. The other difference is only that the time of onset is slightly different. Therefore, the names of these syndromes have been rarely mentioned recently.
