Febrile neutrophilic dermatosis
Febrile neutrophilic dermatosis, also known as Sweet syndrome, is a rare rheumatic disease that mainly occurs in women. Its characteristics are: ① Painful erythematous nodules or plaques suddenly appear on the skin, mainly distributed on the arms, face and neck. ② Histologically, the dermis shows characteristic mature neutrophil infiltration. ③ Fever, systemic consumption and peripheral blood neutrophilia are common. ④ The skin lesions usually disappear after treatment with glucocorticoids without leaving any traces, but they often recur.
