Aplastic anemia (AA) is a group of syndromes characterized by pancytopenia as the main manifestation due to damage to bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells or hematopoietic microenvironment caused by various reasons. Pregnancy complicated by aplastic anemia (AA) is caused by biological, chemical, physical and other factors that lead to decreased function or failure of hematopoietic tissue, resulting in pancytopenia. It is a group of syndromes with clinical manifestations such as anemia, bleeding, and infection. It is a relatively common disease of the hematopoietic system. Pregnancy complicated by aplastic anemia is relatively rare, but anemia, bleeding and infection can have adverse effects on mother and child during pregnancy and delivery.
