Tubal infertility
Conception is a very complicated process. It requires sperm and egg to combine to form a fertilized egg, and finally implant in the uterine cavity. In addition to normal sperm, egg and appropriate intrauterine environment, it is also an important link in the conception process to enable sperm and egg to meet and be smoothly transported to the uterine cavity. This task is completed by the fallopian tube. The fallopian tube is not only a channel connecting the ovary and uterus, but also has the functions of ovulation, egg storage, sperm delivery, providing a place for sperm and egg to combine, and transporting fertilized eggs to the uterus to control so that they can reach the endometrium of the uterine cavity in time. If there is inflammation in the fallopian tube, resulting in blockage of the fallopian tube, the sperm cannot pass through to meet the egg and cause infertility, which is called tubal infertility.
