Pearly papules
Hirsuties papillaris genitalis, also known as pearly penile papules, coronal sulcus or glans papules, is also called hairy penis or multi-nipple penis by some scholars. Penile pearly rash is a benign disease. Some people may disappear after a certain period of time, while others may persist for decades without change. Because pearly rash is not contagious, it will not affect health, and it will not be infected or spread through sexual intercourse, so it does not need to be treated.
