Acute tubular necrosis
Acute tubular necrosis (ATN) is the most common type of acute renal failure, accounting for about 75% to 80%. It is a clinical syndrome caused by renal ischemia and/or nephrotoxicity caused by various causes, leading to rapid and progressive decline in renal function.
