Silence and diarrhea
Muting dysentery is a type of dysentery. See "Danxi Xinfa·Dysentery". It is also called forbidden dysentery. It refers to those who suffer from dysentery and cannot eat, vomit after eating, or vomit and cannot eat. It is common in severe cases of epidemic dysentery and damp-heat dysentery. It is mostly caused by dampness, heat and toxins accumulating in the colon, the evil toxins are hyperactive, the stomach yin is robbed, and the rise and fall are abnormal; or it is caused by long-term illness, spleen and stomach damage, and the loss of middle qi. Symptoms include loss of appetite, vomiting and nausea, frequent diarrhea, thin muscles, chest and abdominal distension, red tongue, yellow and greasy tongue coating, etc. Treatment can choose to clear heat, detoxify, eliminate filth, descend adverse, harmonize yin, and invigorate qi. "Danxi Xinfa" created a method of using ginseng, stone lotus, and coptis chinensis, and swallow slowly.
