Chronic glomerulonephritis in children
Chronic glomerulonephritis is a disease with proteinuria, hematuria, edema and hypertension as basic clinical manifestations. Glomerulonephritis with a course of more than 1 year, accompanied by renal impairment and/or hypertension and anemia, is called chronic glomerulonephritis. According to the recommendations of the National Pediatric Kidney Disease Research Collaboration Group, glomerulonephritis with a course of more than 1 year, accompanied by varying degrees of renal insufficiency and/or persistent hypertension, and a poor prognosis is called chronic glomerulonephritis in children, or chronic nephritis for short.
