Nail dystrophy: It is a nail damage caused by multiple factors. It often affects all nails. The patient's nails become thin, turbid, deformed, and brittle. The nail surface loses its luster and becomes rough. There are often longitudinal ridges and nail peeling. Fungal microscopy is negative. There is no effective treatment. Some patients' condition gradually improves with age.
