Thygeson's superficial punctate keratopathy
Thygeson superficial punctate keratopathy (TSPK) is a chronic, latent corneal epitheliitis of unknown etiology and unrelated to systemic diseases. It has a long history, with intermittent foreign body sensation, mild conjunctival reaction, and spontaneous relief or aggravation of symptoms. Characteristic corneal lesions appear, and the conjunctiva is usually not involved.
